M & E Design Manager
Jeff has been working in construction and construction management consistently throughout his career. During his early years he trained as an electrical engineer and worked his way up to a supervisory role managing a number of large projects in the process. These covered a diverse field of electrical systems ranging from domestic up to HV and motor control systems. This also included working on prestigious locations such as Buckingham Palace.
Upon changing to a more managerial role he became responsible for delivering from conception through to handover. He co-ordinated all site activities, consultants, Health and Safety and company procedures on numerous projects for Bytec construction. This improved his understanding of mechanical systems, which he studied part-time to further his knowledge of the subject. Jeff is a qualified commercial helicopter pilot, a priveledge he continues to excercise and which highlights his desire to learn. Prior to joining London & Regent and Pioneer Point, Jeff worked on Birmingham’s prestigious building The Cube. This is a mixed-use development which achieved the highest pound per square foot value in the Midlands. It has the largest underground automated car park in the UK and is occupied by such reputable tenants as The Highways Agency and Marco Pierre White restaurants.
